Naming Opportunities

Become part of the growing community of art lovers and supporters and lend us a hand! You can be involved with the Brownsville Museum of Fine Art in many different ways. Museum membership gives you first look at many of the events that are planned on a daily basis. As a member you have the options to help us plan events, lectures, workshops, or even involve yourself in our community of artists who meet weekly to share their love for art at the museum studio (through full individual membership).

The museum also accepts donations. All donations go into our community education programs to buy supplies and pay our instructors who give art workshops free of charge to those children that qualify. Donations can be of any kind: monetary, art items, craft supplies, or even pizza for those events that require many staff and volunteer hours. If you would like your donation to be applied to a specific event (exhibit, scholarship, student program, operating account, internet) just let us know and we will make sure your kind donation goes to the right program.

Another way to show your support for Fine Art is by volunteering a couple of hours to the museum. There are many things that need to be done behind the scenes to give our community great exhibits and events. Call us to find out what we are working on or check out our calendar of events, and even if it is just for 1 hour you can help us!
